On October 25, 2023, the winners of 2023 ASIA IP CONTEST were announced, and the ceremony was held in Tokyo on November 1, 2023.
由韩煦创作的“章鱼先生”获得2D角色组第一名以及OMAKE奖。

亚洲IP大赛于2023年设立，组委会由一般社团法人日中动漫游戏产业联合会、株式会社亚洲太平洋观光社、Anichina株式会社、POTATO HOUSE CREATIVE.,Inc组成。赛事旨在以比赛和展览会的方式，为亚洲创作者创造商业机会，支持创作者成长为高级职业设计师从而走向世界。
ASIA IP CONTEST was established in 2023, and the organizing committee is composed of AGG, Asia-Pacific Tourism, Anichina Co., Ltd. and POTATO HOUSE CREATIVE.,Inc. The purpose of the contest is to create business opportunities for Asian creators by means of competitions and exhibitions, and to support creators to grow into senior professional designers and go global.
章鱼先生是以拓印加拼贴的方式创造出来的角色。他拥有五大法宝：章鱼先生会“喷墨”，他能从墨囊里喷出黑色的墨汁，把周围染黑；章鱼先生有八只触手，这些触手能在同一时间分别去完成不同的任务；章鱼先生还拥有柔软的身体，可以任意改变自己的身体；章鱼被称为“海中变色龙”，所以章鱼先生也会变色，甚至拟态，是一个捉迷藏大王；章鱼还被称为“海洋中的爱因斯坦”，所以章鱼先生非常聪明，遇到问题总能想到解决的办法。
Mr. Octopus is a character created by rubbing and collage. He has five strengths: Mr. Octopus can shoot ink, so he can spray black ink from the ink sac and dye the surrounding area black; Mr. Octopus has eight tentacles, which can accomplish different tasks at the same time; Mr. Octopus also has a soft body and can change his body at will; Octopus is called "the chameleon in the sea", so Mr. Octopus can change color and even imitate, and he is the King of hide-and-seek; Octopus is also called "Einstein in the ocean", so Mr. Octopus is very smart and always thinks of solutions when he meets problems.
